Our leaders, Hemang and Kate, were C-level executives at the same organization, working together to drive organizational transformation. We both saw first-hand the power in connecting data, strategy, marketing, digital, human capital, process improvement, and program management. We’ve gathered a team of people who have these capabilities and apply them daily to support our clients and their work. In addition to our full time team members, we have a number of independent contractors who support us in line with their specific expertise.
Kate Hays, Partner
Strategy, Research, Customer Experience, Marketing
Kate helps mission-driven companies understand the perspective of the customer and activate strategies to meet their needs. She has cultivated her expertise of user research and strategy through a 25-year career in marketing, digital experience, research, business development, and fundraising.
Kate is passionate about the intersection of technology, users, and mission. Outside of work, Kate loves to run, ski, experiment in the kitchen, discover new music, and read. Kate and her husband also love trying to keep pace with their crazy kids.
Hemang Shah, Partner
Strategy, Program and Change Management, Performance Measurement
Hemang brings 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, program/project management, business development, process improvement, organizational change, and project execution. He has a wealth of experience with varied clients, including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and large government agencies.
Hemang is passionate about helping clients solve complex strategic problems. In his spare time, Hemang enjoys binge-watching Netflix, spending time with his two young daughters, and playing tennis.

Adam Abosedra, Senior Consultant
Adam brings nearly 15 years of experience in driving organizational change and fostering growth across the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors. With a diverse background in organizational development, change management, and strategic communications, Adam excels at leading initiatives that drive meaningful change and deliver tangible results. Whether it's communicating a new vision for the future or navigating stakeholders through times of uncertainty, his expertise lies in translating complex ideas into engaging stories.
Outside of work, Adam's life revolves around spending time with his wife and daughter, long-distance running, and following sports, especially the NBA and college sports.
David Hanna, Director
David brings 10+ years of experience in loyalty design, customer engagement, analytics, and retention strategies. As a champion of the customer, he thrives on translating complex loyalty program data into innovative and effective processes across diverse industries, all while fostering impactful stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Outside of professional pursuits, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young sons, often cooking or playing a round of golf.
Kara Holman, Senior Consultant
Kara brings 15+ years of experience across analytics, communications, design, and organizational performance to transform experiences and create meaningful value within organizations. As a strategist and initiator, she thrives on breaking down complex problems into tangible executable solutions to deliver organizational goals.
When not at work, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and son, or is working to improve upon her drawing and oil-painting skills.
Geming Liu, Senior Consultant
Geming is a seasoned management consultant whose expertise lies in combining analytical thinking with creativity to develop business strategies and transformative solutions. As a people developer, she excels in harnessing the collective strength of cross-functional teams, driving the evolution of organizational processes, programs, and strategic initiatives with keen observation and inventive vision.
When not strategizing, Geming indulges in the art of creating new culinary delights and exploring new places and activities with friends and family.
Sophia Mitas, Consultant
Sophia brings over 13 years of experience partnering with corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits to help bring ideas to life. Her areas of focus are strategy, program and change management, project management, and strategic communications.
Outside of work, Sophia loves exploring the world, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband, young son, and their Vizsla.
