Client Challenge

When the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and GAMA International announced they would be creating a new merged organization called Finseca, a first of its kind in the financial security industry, they needed assistance in communicating the merger to their membership. They also had a host of challenges in merging their technology systems and creating a seamless transition to the new organization for members, and ensuring that important data - like payment and member information - was merged and kept secure.

 

Our Solution

 

We worked together with Finseca leadership to clarify the types of communication needed and helped craft a set of assets to use as templates - both for the merger and for COVID-related communications essential to their membership. We provided counsel and decision-making support in the midst of a full technical transition, including the departure of key staff, and major technical stack and platform transitions.

 

Our results

Finseca’s members shared very positive feedback about both our COVID and merger communications. We helped the organization transition successfully to a new tech stack architecture, supporting the team to ensure no membership payments were missed during the merger and transition.
